From July 19th to 21st 2019, the “13th National Conference on Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering of the China Civil Engineering Society”, was hosted by the China Civil Engineering Society Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering Branch. The conference was successfully held in Tianjin Social Mountain International Conference Center. 2573 delegates from all over the country participated in the conference. A total of 935 papers were submitted for the event, and there were 451 reports in the conference.
